Jacqueline Cannon is a Brooklyn based dance artist. Her work is inspired by cinematic structuring that builds on abstraction and aesthetics. She is currently an administrator at the Peridance Capezio Center. She has previously worked artistically with Morgan Thorson, Pam Tanowitz, and Gwen Welliver and administratively with CPR and MANCC. Jacqueline has shown work at Movement Research’s Open Performance (New York, NY), Studio Le Regard (Paris, France), and 621 Gallery (Tallahassee, FL). She holds a BFA in Dance and a BS in Business Management from the Florida State University.
